Development history When Aeon took ownership of 1822 Park Apartments in 2001, the dilapidated building created difficulties for the surrounding neighborhood and intolerable living conditions for the 100 individuals who lived there.
Aeon created a community asset by correcting more than 400 code violations and substantially rehabilitating the neglected building in 2008. The building offers apartments on the upper three floors and office space for Oak Grove on the ground floor.
