Alliance Addition: Building on the success of Alliance Apartments Aeon has began constructing an expansion to one of its successful existing properties in Minneapolis, the Alliance Apartments.
Located in the Elliot Park Neighborhood of Minneapolis, the Alliance Apartments provide quality housing and a sober environment for 124 formerly homeless adults. Since opening Alliance Apartments in 1997, Aeon has partnered with RS Eden to assist residents in increasing resident stability, skill level and independence.
Alliance Addition will provide 61 affordable apartment homes for formerly homeless adults, helping meet a vital community need.
Residents of Alliance Addition will utilize the community space and resource rooms at Alliance Apartments. This provides a significant cost savings in the development.
