Nonprofit Aeon opens Clover Field Marketplace Finance and Commerce - October 30, 2008
Minneapolis-based nonprofit Aeon celebrated the grand opening of its first suburban housing development, Clover Field Marketplace in Chaska on October 29.
The $24 million mixed-income apartment project features 117 apartments and 7,500 square feet of neighborhood-scale commercial space, which has not been leased.
Half of the units in the project are affordable, the other half are market-rate apartments.
Aeon has primarily developed and managed affordable housing units in central Minneapolis, but in recent years has expanded its geographic footprint.
