Aeon partnered with Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation to renovate Paige Hall in 1989. The historic building was vacant and vulnerable to the encroaching commercial downtown Minneapolis.
The renovation of Paige Hall helped preserve affordable housing and protect the residential character of the Elliot Park neighborhood.
