Phillips Family Housing
 Working for two years with the Phillips neighborhood and the City of Minneapolis, Aeon refinanced and rehabilitated 89 scattered-site units as affordable rental housing.
Phillips Housing is located in four clusters: Portland Commons and the Howards (2200 blocks of Portland and 5th avenues), Portland Gardens and Portland Townhomes (west side of the 2800 Portland Avenue block), Sage Green (2200-2400 block of Bloomington Avenue), and the Cedars (2805 and 2813 Cedar Avenue).
Aeon Resident Services staff help residents connect to resources in the community. |
