Development history
Aeon completed a $2.4 million renovation on this dilapidated, outdated apartment building in 2003.
As was common with many buildings built in the 1970s - especially affordable housing buildings - Pine Cliff was created with inexpensive materials which needed replacement. Aeon transformed a problem property into safe, quality homes. The design
incorporated principles of "defensible space," including well-lit common spaces and windows overlooking the street and parking lot.
