Portland Gardens
Residents at Portland Gardens have access to a computer/resource room. Volunteers from the community staff the room to offer youth help in learning computer skills and completing homework.
Aeon's Resident Connections staff assist residents in connecting with stabilizing resources within the community.
Development history
Aeon worked with the Phillips Neighborhood and the City of Minneapolis to refinance and rehabilitate Portland Gardens.The development was part of a larger effort to preserve 89 units of affordable housing in the Phillips Neighborhood. |
