When Aeon purchased the Roselle, this condemned and boarded historic building in the Elliot Park South Ninth Street Historic District was one month away from becoming a surface parking lot.
In partnership with Brighton Development Corporation, Aeon prevented the Roselle from being demolished and renovated it into a long-term community asset. |
