"Aeon is making a very positive difference in the lives of many people in our community." ~James Frey, Frey Foundation

Awards

When Aeon was established in 1986, the board of directors committed to “do affordable housing better than it’s been done before.” That commitment has led to over two decades of passionate inquiry to find ways to make the industry better.

Aeon emphasizes quality, community connection and sustainability as we evaluate our key success measurement: home for our residents. However, there are other positive signs – including awards – that illustrate Aeon’s significant impact on our community.
