Aeon, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit has opened Clover Field Marketplace, their first suburban development, in Chaska, Minn.
Clover Field Marketplace features 117 apartments and 7,500 square feet of commercial space.
Clover Field has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and features amenities including a landscapted courtyeard and structured play space for children, community spaces and a neighborhood center.
The $24 million mixed-income apartment project's units are a split of affordable and market-rate apartments. |
