Chicago Avenue Apartments Chicago Avenue Apartments offers affordable homes to families and single adults making very low incomes. Aeon's Resident Connections staff assist residents in connecting with stabilizing resouces within the community.
Volunteers from the community staff a computer/resource room to help residents improve their computer skills. Volunteers also offer after school programs and homework help for youth.
Development history
The development opened in 1995, after Aeon spent several years redeveloping the three buildings to preserve them as affordable housing.
