Gina Ciganik
Vice President, Housing Development
 Gina has been a member of Aeon’s housing development team since 1997. She has broad experience in financing and developing mixed-use, mixed-income neighborhood revitalization projects and public improvement initiatives. Gina has a strong knowledge of rehab management with single-family homes, duplexes and apartments.
She has successfully developed both large-scale and smaller neighborhood-scale projects. Gina understands the importance of community collaborations to ensure that Aeon’s development projects meet community needs. She previously worked as a Redevelopment Specialist for the City of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and earned a B.S. degree in housing from the University of Minnesota. |
