Joanne Kosciolek
Vice President, Fund Development and Communications
 Joanne has led the fundraising, communication and volunteer efforts of Aeon since 2001. She has more than 20 years of fundraising experience in a variety of non-profits in the Twin Cities, including United Way, Girl Scouts and local healthcare foundations.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Joanne is committed to building strong relationships with key community leaders and furthering Aeon’s mission through increased volunteer involvement. She is an active member in the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) since 1994 and serves on the Board of Directors at HIRED. Joanne has a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minn.
