Living in a safe and stable “home” is a basic human need. Now, more than ever, people need homes they can afford. Aeon’s vision is that every person has a home and is interconnected within community.
We are experts in providing quality, affordable apartments for low and moderate income households.
For more than 25 years, Aeon has partnered with communities to ensure affordable housing options for Minnesota’s most vulnerable individuals and families. Currently, Aeon provides more than 2,000 apartment homes and serves more than 3,500 individuals and families, including formerly homeless youth and adults, and individuals and families earning very low- and low incomes.
We are working to help prevent and end long-term homelessness.
Aeon designates 25 percent of its apartment homes for formerly homeless individuals. We currently provide homes and supportive services to nearly 500 formerly homeless adults and youth. With case management services delivered by contracted providers and other on-site support, we help them retain their housing, achieve self-sufficiency, and become active members in their communities.

We balance quality and cost-effectiveness with community needs, from providing basic stability to environment sustainability. We reduce homelessness, revitalize aging and dilapidating structures, improve community safety, create jobs, and enable residents to achieve stability and success.
