Franklin Portland Gateway: Transforming an Urban Core
Revised aerial perspective of Gateway 10-10-02cropped.jpg
The Franklin Portland Gateway development is a partnership of Aeon and Hope Community to transform a historically blighted and underutilized urban intersection.  It will provide carefully designed urban density and include both rental and homeownership housing, ranging from small studios to three-bedroom units.

Gateway is creating 252 housing units and up to 30,000 square feet of neighborhood-scale commercial businesses on all four corners of Franklin Avenue and Portland Avenue in Minneapolis.

The third phase of the Gateway, called The Wellstone, opened in December 2008. NOW LEASING UNITS AT THE WELLSTONE - call 612-874-8867 for leasing information.

The Gateway will complement the historic architecture of the city of Minneapolis and the Ventura Village neighborhood. Construction of the fourth and final phase is scheduled for 2010.
