Our inspiration to create community assets that last for generations stems from our name "Aeon," which is Greek for "eon" or "forever."
To accomplish this, Aeon offers the following services:
- Housing Development: Aeon renovates and constructs apartment buildings and townhomes with a strong emphasis on quality, community participation and people-centered design.
- Resident Connections: Aeon helps residents create stable homes by connecting to their neighbors and to community resources.
- Property & Asset Management: Aeon instills its values and high standards in the day-to-day operations of each property, ensuring that properties are assets to residents and the greater community.
Aeon Properties

* These properties serve people who are experiencing homelessness. Residents must have certification from a caseworker, shelter worker or other source verifying that they are currently homeless.
