Development history
Sienna Green is Aeon’s second suburban development. Formerly known as Har Mar Apartments, Aeon renamed the property “Sienna Green” in 2009 in light of its significant transformation.
Aeon purchased the property to preserve affordable living options in Roseville close to employment and mass transit. Aeon renovated the existing 1965 buildings and will construct an additional building with larger apartments to help meet the need for homes for Roseville families.
