| Sienna Green Phase II rendering | Located in Roseville, Sienna Green (formerly known as Har Mar Apartments) is Aeon's second suburban development. In light of the significant renovation and transformation planned for the site, Aeon renamed the property "Sienna Green" at its August 2009 groundbreaking celebration.
Aeon has completed the rehabiliation and renovation of the site's existing 120 units (Phase 1). Construction of new one-, two- and three-bedroom units is anticipated to begin in summer 2011, with an anticipated completion date of summer 2012 (Phase II).
Sienna Green is located at the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Highway 36, near the Rosedale Shopping Center and host of other commercial retail stores.
Phase II: Creating affordable homes for families
Aeon's Sienna Green Phase II is currently underway. The new construction provides four one-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom apartments to help meet the need for affordable homes for Roseville families.
Creating larger affordable apartments will help meet the demand for family housing, allowing families to remain in the community. This helps stabilize school enrollment and provide broader housing options for families.
