The Coyle
 The Coyle is home to 26 individuals who experienced homeless. Residents with a positive rental history from either the Continental Hotel or the Lamoreaux are eligible to live at the Coyle, which provides increased amenities such as a private bath and kitchen.
Development history
At the request of the Stevens Square Community Organization, Aeon transformed a community liability into a well-managed asset.
The Coyle is one of several Aeon properties that provide stable homes for individuals who experienced homelessness. In total, Aeon has 455 units designated for individuals who experienced homelessness.
