The Summit
 The Summit offers affordable homes to 13 low-income working adults. The convenient downtown Minneapolis location is near employment opportunities and public transit lines.
The Summit is adjacent to St. Barnabas Apartments, an Aeon property for formerly homeless youth. Residents at The Summit have a separate, private entrance to the building.
Development history
The development of St. Barnabas and The Summit was a historic preservation of a 1910 addition to St. Barnabas Hospital. The building had been vacant for decades when Allina Hospitals and Clinics donated it to Aeon in 2001.
