Tom Nordyke

Tom joined Aeon in January 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer who oversees property operations and management, property improvements, resident connections, human resources, information technology and general organizational administration.
Tom has worked in non-profit real estate and public policy for the past 22 years. He started his career as the Manager of Facilities with the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and served as the Vice President of Properties for Artspace Projects, Inc. from 1987 to 2003. Tom earned a degree in history from the University of Minnesota and is a member of several civic institutions including the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board and the Minneapolis Planning Commission.
