When Aeon was established in 1986, the board of directors committed to “providing affordable housing better than it’s been done before.” That commitment has led to nearly three decades of passionate development to find ways to make affordable apartment homes better.
Affordable housing is necessary for individuals, families and communities to succeed. Aeon is committed to strengthening lives and communities by investing millions of dollars in undercapitalized neighborhoods and transforming blighted areas into vibrant places to live and work. Affordable apartment homes are especially critical for households with very low incomes (at or below 30% Area Median Income) who are not candidates for home ownership and have few rental options.
Aeon emphasizes quality building, community connection and sustainability as we evaluate our key success measurement: home for our residents. Aeon Affordable Housing Management
To fully integrate our six core values into providing affordable homes, Aeon Management was formed in 2008 to help ensure that the high-quality standards put into place for developing affordable apartments and townhomes are reflected in the daily operations of each current and future property. From screening rental applications, to collecting rent, to handling resident conflicts and maintaining the physical building, Aeon’s Property and Asset Management teams ensure that properties are assets to residents and the greater community.
