Winifred Smith
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
 Winifred joined Aeon in February 2011 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the organization’s property operations and management, property improvements, resident connections, human resources, information technology and general organizational administration.
A veteran of more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Winifred was President of her own consulting firm prior to joining Aeon. Previously, she served as the Vice President, Corporate Properties for ING/ReliaStar. Winifred received an undergraduate degree in political science from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, W.Va. and earned her master’s degree from Duquesne University. |
