Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable person to perform inside janitorial work, outside groundskeeping and maintenance for residential properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning interior common areas
  • Cleaning vacant apartments
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
  • Cleaning windows
  • Inside/outside debris removal
  • Seasonal duties: snow removal, salting, sanding / mowing the lawn,
  • Plumbing (snaking toilets, other light repairs)
  • Electrical (changing light bulbs, outlet covers, etc.)
  • Changing furnace filters
  • Installing blinds
  • Changing smoke detector batteries

Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of cleaning and/or maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds. Candidates must also have strong people and problem solving skills, be a team player, and possess a prideful work ethic.


This position starts at $15.00 per hour. A full benefits package for full-time employees includes: health and dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plans, paid time off and an employee assistance program.
